             MELISSA A. WOLF, LPCC


Melissa is the clinical director of the Heart-Mind Center, LLC. She is a licensed clinical counselor specializing in in PTSD, anxiety, trauma resolution and relationship issues.  She has over 20 years of experience in body based therapies which has informed her mind/body approach to behavioral health.  Melissa is currently a student at Saybrook University and is pursuing a Ph.D.in Psychology specializing in Applied Psychophysiology.   Melissa's use of body-based psychotherapy has been effective in reducing symptoms of fibromyalgia, migraines and sleep issues that are made worse by underlying anxiety and stress. 


Melissa is a certified EMDR therapist and trained in Neurofeedback.  She is the founding director of The Heart-Mind Center, LLC, a growing clinic dedicated to providing cutting edge mind-body modalities supported by scientific research.  It is in this spirit of expanding services beyond traditional talk therapy that Melissa has added equine-assisted psychotherapy,  an experiential alternative intervention demonstrated to be effective with trauma, PTSD, social anxiety, sensory integration issues, and at risk youth.  Our mission goes beyond eliminating the debilitating effects of trauma and strives to promote optimal functioning in all areas of our clients’ lives.  Melissa conducts therapy at both the Albuquerque and Edgewood offices.


Tiffany enjoys working with children ages 4 and up and the parents tell us the children always look forward to seeing her!  Whether she is helping children learn appropriate behavioral choices or adults work through trauma, grief, or depression, Tiffany strives to make sure every client feels heard, nurtured and respected.  She  helps individuals, families, and couples resolve troublesome issues and runs the group therapy for the Heart-Mind Center.  Tiffany is taking new clients at The Heart-Center's Albuquerque office.
